Production of a parquet panel is a process that combines modern technologies and the manual work of skilled craftsmen. Such a floor covering is distinguished by its naturalness, environmental friendliness, as well as high resistance to abrasion.

A high-quality parquet panel has the following manufacturing steps:

1. Raw material control.
   All raw materials entering the production pass through quality control for compliance with the requirements and the absence of defects.
2. Drying of workpieces.
   All raw materials are dried in special chambers with high temperature air. This manipulation is carried out in order to achieve the parameters of wood necessary for the production (increase in the density of trees). Heat treatment of wood is carried out without oxygen supply and reduces wood deformation by 10%.
3. Sorting
   At this stage, the wood is checked for defects, cracks and chips. Also, at this stage, the blanks are trimmed and given the necessary shape and size, and the subsequent cutting of the blanks into lamellas 4 mm thick.
4. Gluing
   Parquet panel - three-layer. Its gluing takes place on automatic lines, with the subsequent placement of the glued panel in a steam press, for complete heating and high-quality gluing of all layers to each other.
5. Face layer processing
   After additional mechanical processing of the front surface, it is treated with acrylic-based lacquer materials in 4-5 layers. This coating does not contain formaldehyde and phenol-containing components; also, the parquet panel can be treated with natural oils containing wax.
6. Lock making
   There are two types of parquet panel connection during installation: T&G (using glue) or Profiloc (joining using so-called “locks”).
7. Finished product packaging
   As mentioned above, the parquet panel is three-layer, and has the following layers:

• Bottom layer: 2mm pine or spruce plywood
• Middle layer: a strip of highly resinous wood bars
• Top, or front, layer: A thin cut of valuable wood, on which the wear resistance and durability of the flooring directly depend.
